NET SCORE CATEGORY!
Attending a tournament is obviously much fun, but it would be nice to win something as well, right? That’s why we’ve got a NET SCORE category! In pitch & putt everyone has a handicap for a reason, so why not use it?! Everybody with a handicap over par has a chance to win THE SAME AMOUNT OF PRIZES as the other categories!
How does it work you say? Alright, let’s say your handicap is 18 and your flight partner’s handicap is 3. You score 72 and your partner scores 58. Within the Net Score category, you just scored 72 – 18 = 54, and your partner scored 58 – 3 = 55! Pretty neat huh?!
With this category, everyone who attends the Frisian Open has a chance to compete for prizes. Liking this idea? Tell your friends and sign up now!

The Frisian Open will be organised in 2019 at the course of Pitch&Putt Golf Koudum. The course was designed in 2011 by a golfcourse architect from Heijmans Sports. The architect has made a design with respect to the cultural historic elements of the region in Southwest Friesland. The village is situated on a lateral moraine from the ice age and is surrounded by water, which used to be more abundant than it is today. In the 19th century, several lakes around Koudum were drained.
With this historic link, a great designed 18 Holes Pitch&Putt course has been developed with lakes, heights and more. The Pitch&Putt golfcourse was openend by famous Dutch soccer Coach Foppe de Haan, who hit the very first shot at our course in the summer of 2012.
